Getting started
What is Parkizzle?
Parkizzle is a marketplace for private parking space rentals across the UAE. Drivers can browse and contact owners. Owners can publish their private spaces to receive requests via Call/WhatsApp.
Can I book and pay inside the app?
Not yet. Parkizzle helps you discover ads and contact owners. Arrangements (availability, timing, access) happen outside the app.
How do I contact an owner?
Open any listing and use the Call or WhatsApp buttons.
How do I save ads to review later?
Tap the heart icon on a listing. You can find saved items in Saved ads.
Pricing & duration
How much does it cost to publish an ad?
You can choose between two plans:
- Standard (60 days): AED 69 FREE
- Sponsored (90 days): AED 139 AED 99
What do I get with Sponsored?
Sponsored ads are designed to get more visibility and a longer duration (90 days vs 60 days):
- Appearance on the Home page (featured section).
- "Sponsored" badge on listings.
- Highlighted color on the map.
What happens when my ad expires?
Standard ads run for 60 days and Sponsored ads run for 90 days. After that, the ad expires. You can renew by publishing again from My ads.
Publishing an ad (owners)
What do I need to publish?
- 2–4 photos of the parking space.
- A precise map pin (required).
- A monthly price in AED.
- A phone number for Call/WhatsApp.
Can I edit my ad after publishing?
Yes. You can update the description and price anytime.
Why do you require a map pin?
It helps drivers understand the approximate location and reduces confusion. You stay in control of what you share when you chat.
Safety & privacy
What information is public?
Your ad details (title, description, photos, location area) are public. Your phone number is used for Call/WhatsApp.
How do I report a listing?
Use the Contact page and include the listing URL and a short explanation.
Troubleshooting
I can’t upload photos
Make sure you selected 2–4 images and each one is under 5MB.
My map pin isn’t saving
Make sure you actually tap on the map to place the pin. The form requires an explicit pick.
I don’t see my ad in listings
Check My ads to confirm it is published and active.
