These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Parkizzle. By accessing or using the website, creating an account, or publishing an ad, you agree to these Terms.

1) About Parkizzle

Parkizzle is a marketplace that displays user-created listings for private parking spaces across the UAE. Parkizzle is not a party to any agreement between drivers and listing owners.

Parkizzle does not verify every listing. You are responsible for doing your own checks before engaging with another user.

2) Eligibility & accounts

You must provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

3) Listings & user content

When you publish an ad, you confirm that you have the right to offer the parking space and that the information you provide (photos, location, description, price) is accurate and not misleading.

You must not post unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or infringing content. We may remove or restrict listings that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4) Contact, bookings and payments

Parkizzle currently facilitates discovery and contact only. Arrangements (availability, access, timing, fees, deposits) happen outside the app (e.g., Call/WhatsApp).

You are responsible for verifying the listing details and the identity of the other party before you make any payment.

5) Plans, fees, and no refunds

Publishing may be offered under different plans (e.g., Standard and Sponsored) and for a defined duration (for example 60 days for Standard and 90 days for Sponsored). Plan pricing and benefits are displayed at the time you publish.

All fees are non-refundable. No refunds, credits, or partial refunds are provided for unused time, early removal, mistaken purchases, or lack of inquiries.

If a payment provider is used, your payment may be subject to that provider’s terms.

6) Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, including attempting to scrape data, spam users, disrupt the website, bypass security controls, or use automated systems in a way that harms the platform.

7) Safety and disclaimers

Parkizzle provides the service “as is” and “as available”. We do not guarantee that listings are accurate, available, safe, or suitable.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parkizzle will not be liable for losses arising from interactions between users, including disputes, damages, or payments made outside the platform.

9) Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page.
