You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms. If you use Parkizzle for a company, property owner or another person, you confirm that you are authorised to bind or represent them for the relevant activity.

You must provide accurate account information, keep it up to date and protect access to your email and account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

Parkizzle is a digital marketplace for discovering and advertising parking spaces. Unless Parkizzle expressly agrees otherwise in writing, Parkizzle does not own or operate listed spaces, is not a party to arrangements between users and has no authority to bind a listing owner or a driver.

We may moderate listings, but we do not inspect every space or independently verify every user, price, photo, location, right to offer a space or statement in a listing. A listing, ranking or sponsored label is not an endorsement or guarantee.

When you create or publish a listing, you confirm that:

• you own the space or have the owner’s authority to offer and advertise it;
• the listing is accurate, current and not misleading, including its price, availability and access;
• the proposed use complies with property, building, community and applicable legal requirements; and
• your text, photos and other content are lawful and do not infringe anyone else’s rights.

Listings are public. The information you choose to publish may include photos, building or address details, precise map location and a contact phone number. Do not include sensitive information or personal data you are not authorised to publish.

Parkizzle currently facilitates discovery and contact. Users arrange availability, access, timing, price, deposits, payment and any agreement directly, including through phone or WhatsApp where offered.

Before relying on a listing, visiting a property or paying anyone, carry out appropriate checks. These may include identity and authority, physical access, dimensions, permitted use, security, payment details and written contract terms. Never send money merely because a listing appears on Parkizzle.

Available publication plans, prices, taxes (if applicable), visibility benefits and the publication period are shown before checkout. A purchase is completed only after the payment flow confirms it. Payment card details are handled by the payment provider rather than stored by Parkizzle.

Once a paid publication service has started, its fee is generally non-refundable for unused time, early removal or a lack of enquiries, except where a refund is required by applicable law or we expressly agree otherwise. Contact us promptly about duplicate, unauthorised or incorrectly charged payments.

We may change future plans or prices, but a change will not alter a plan already purchased unless required by law or agreed with you.

Optional promotional features may ask you to provide a public social-media post URL or may direct you to another platform. You remain responsible for that content and for complying with the third party’s terms. A promotion is subject to the eligibility and visibility conditions shown when it is offered.

You keep ownership of content you submit. You give Parkizzle a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to host, reproduce, resize, display and promote that content only as reasonably needed to operate, secure and market the service and your listing. This licence ends when the content is deleted from active systems, subject to reasonable technical backup periods and legal retention duties.

You may not copy, scrape, republish or commercially exploit Parkizzle’s design, software, branding, databases or other protected material without permission, except as allowed by law.

You must not use Parkizzle to:

• commit fraud, impersonate another person, mislead users or publish unlawful or abusive content;
• send spam, harvest contact details or use listing information for unrelated marketing;
• interfere with the service, test or bypass security controls, introduce malicious code or overload it;
• use automated tools to scrape, copy or submit content without our written permission; or
• infringe privacy, intellectual-property or other rights.

We may reject, restrict, label, unpublish or remove content, or suspend access, where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users or the service, respond to a report or legal request, or comply with law. Where appropriate, we may ask you to correct a listing before restoring it.

You may delete your own listing from your account. Deleting a listing does not cancel obligations or disputes that arose before deletion.

Parkizzle may link to or rely on services operated by others, such as authentication, maps, messaging, social media and payments. Their own terms and privacy notices apply when you use them. We are not responsible for a third party’s independent service, but this does not limit any responsibility that the law places on Parkizzle for its own acts or choices.

We aim to operate Parkizzle with reasonable care, but the service may occasionally be unavailable, delayed or contain errors. We do not guarantee that a listing will remain available, receive enquiries or result in a successful arrangement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Parkizzle is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate user content, conditions at a parking location or an arrangement, communication or payment made directly between users. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability, remedies or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including responsibility for Parkizzle’s own fraud or wilful misconduct.

Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we process, why, who receives it, international transfers, retention criteria and how to exercise your rights. By publishing another person’s personal data, you confirm that you have a lawful basis and have given them any information required by law.

Please email support@parkizzle.com with enough detail for us to review a complaint. You remain free to use any consumer-protection or other authority and remedy available to you under applicable law.

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction, disputes will be handled by the competent courts in the UAE.

We may update these Terms to reflect service, legal or security changes. We will post the revised version and its effective date here and provide additional notice where a material change requires it. Changes do not apply retroactively unless the law permits and appropriate notice is given.
